A major milestone came in 2017 when we obtained an official international license, enabling us to operate across several countries. With our headquarters in the UK, we became widely recognized as Providance, a trusted recruitment partner connecting talented individuals with leading employers around the world.
As our global presence and reputation continued to grow, so did our commitment to excellence. In 2023, we rebranded as Raphaels Silverwings Consulting Group to better represent our evolving vision—creating opportunities that extend beyond borders. The new name reflects our mission to help individuals and organizations reach greater heights by bridging the gap between talent and opportunity.
